Front Garden - Driveway Installation

Sawn Indian Sanstone paving was installed for a Surrey based client to replace an existing gravel drive-way which was beginning to deteriorate.
The sandstone pavers were chose to blend in with the back of house Porcelain pavers, to provide a continuous band of paving around the entirety of the house.
600mm x 600mm and 600mm x 400mm pavers at 25mm thickness were used to withstand vehicle usage and to create an interesting paving layout formation.
Split-faced Granite block edging was used to edge the paving and provide a striking transition with external features, such as planting beds, the lawn and the the street road.
The 230m2 paved drive-way is full full of light colour tones, which aim to provide and open feel with a relaxing atmosphere.

Front Garden - Remedation Project.

New home owners got in touch with us to rehabbilitate the state of affairs of the front garden to make it habitable.
Works involved completely clearing most of the successional vegetation, revitalising the soil quality through de-weeding and aerating. We also improved the soil quality through the additionof new top-soil.
To create more openess to the space, failing trees were felled.
To provide further privacy we installed hedge planting and current discussions are taking place with the client to determine whether to create a planting plan for the area, or whether we provide a lawn installation.

Rear Garden - Wedding Garden
Natural Craft Landscapes were appointed the job of revitalising a garden in preperation for a couples home wedding.
Tasks included revitalising a severely water-logged lawn, which sat below the water table. The entire lawn area was raised to bring it above the water-table and a existing ditch was infilled to widen the overall lawn area.
An existing Yorkstone patio was also severely damaged, therefore it was re-layed and jet-washed to bring it to it's fullest potential again.
Existing planting was cared for to tidy up the overall look and feel of the space and a damaged rose-walk was re-invented, which was designed and constructed with a contemporary look.
New planting was incorporated into the garden and new gravel was placed down to freshen and finalise the space in preperation for the big Wedding day.

DOMESTIC HAVEN
A domestic haven with a multitude of avenues and opportunities to explore the garden in various lights.
Amenity lawn is provided and a number of sporadic hard surfaced areas are dotted around the garden which can all be used in various manners as ever the home-owner pleases to use it.
Sporadic low-ground planting helps to shape the garden and add rigidity to the various garden pocket rooms created.
A raised powder-coated steel planter lines the borders of the garden and adds an additional subtle level and depth to the garden.
JAUNE-VERTE
A formal contemporary large garden design that was developed for a family living suburban setting.
It was important to the client that a large lawn was included for their children and dogs to play and roam freely. A large patio area is provided immediately adjacent to the house so that it can be used for social, relaxation and dining moments.
The entirety of the garden edge is fenced and surrounded by planting borders to soften the overall space and a linear footpath provides connectivity to between the back of garden and back of house.
The back of garden is raised up a level and an additional social space has been formed which has a formal pond focal area.
A growing house and sunken leisure are incorporated into back area of the garden too, which creates the sense of there being three unique "outdoor rooms" to explore.
